ZAGREB, Dec 22 (Hina) - The Croatian parliament on Monday elected a Credentials and Privileges Commission, a working body that will inform the parliament of parliamentary elections and the names of those elected as well as of MPs who
will freeze their mandates because their new duties are incompatible with those of MPs.

Damir Sesvecen of the Croatian Democratic Union was elected chairman
of the commission while Srecko Ferencek of the Croatian People's Party
became his deputy. Also elected were another seven members of the
commission.
The Credentials and Privileges Commission is one of the four working
bodies scheduled to be elected by parliament on Monday.
