ZAGREB, Dec 11 (Hina) - Trade unions of shop assistants from Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary agreed at a recent meeting in Vienna that Sunday should be declared a day of rest, as set out
in international conventions, constitutions, and laws of some countries, the Croatian union reported on Thursday.

and Hungary agreed at a recent meeting in Vienna that Sunday should
be declared a day of rest, as set out in international conventions,
constitutions, and laws of some countries, the Croatian union

Unionists from the seven countries agreed to draw up a proposal by
the end of January and forward it to all European trade unions and
the European Union asking it to pass a law that would enforce Sunday
as the day of rest.
