About 400 law professors, judges, prosecutors and attorneys will
discuss the law which they described as non-existent, alluding to
the Constitutional Court's decision to abolish the amendments to
the Penal Code which had recently been adopted by parliament.
Legal experts hope that lawmakers will pay more attention to the
opinion of experts in this field next time when they draft new
amendments to the Penal Code.
