Revival (HIP) coalition in constituency no. 7, was in active service in the armed forces and that disciplinary proceedings had been initiated against her before a military disciplinary court under the Law on Service in the Armed Forces.

confirmed on Thursday that Captain Ruza Rajcevic, who is running in
the forthcoming parliamentary elections as a candidate of the
Croatian Bloc (HB)/Croatian True Revival (HIP) coalition in
constituency no. 7, was in active service in the armed forces and
that disciplinary proceedings had been initiated against her
before a military disciplinary court under the Law on Service in the

Under Article 11 of the law, active-service personnel are not
allowed to join political parties or run in elections for
parliament or representative bodies of local government units,
Denkovski recalled.
