BELGRADE, Dec 4 (Hina) - The citizens of Serbia and Montenegro have the most confidence in Vojislav Seselj's Serb Radical Party and Miroljub Labus' G17 Plus party, show opinion poll results released by the public opinion research
agency Marten Board International. A total of 1,485 persons took part in survey which was conducted between November 22 and December 3.
BELGRADE, Dec 4 (Hina) - The citizens of Serbia and Montenegro have
the most confidence in Vojislav Seselj's Serb Radical Party and
Miroljub Labus' G17 Plus party, show opinion poll results released
by the public opinion research agency Marten Board International. A
total of 1,485 persons took part in survey which was conducted
between November 22 and December 3. #L#
Asked what coalition or political party they would cast their vote
for at the December 28 parliamentary election, 23 percent of the
respondents said they would vote for the Serb Radical Party, while
19 percent said they would vote for assassinated Prime Minister
Zoran Djindjic's Democratic Party. A total of 18.3 percent will
vote for Vojislav Kostunica's Democratic Party of Serbia, 17
percent for G17 Plus party, while 9.1 percent of those
participating in the opinion poll will give their votes to the
coalition of Vuk Draskovic's Serb Renewal Movement and Velimir
Ilic's New Serbia party.
According to the opinion poll, Slobodan Milosevic's Socialist
Party of Serbia will get less than five percent of the vote, meaning
that it will not pass the election threshold.
