BELGRADE, Nov 26 (Hina) - The hand-over of Bosnian Serb army commander Ratko Mladic and the withdrawal of the lawsuit the former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia filed against NATO for to its attacks in 1999 are conditions which Serbia and Montenegro has to meet to join Euro-Atlantic associations, NATO Secretary-General George Robertson sad in Belgrade on Wednesday. #L# The NATO secretary-general, who the Serbian electronic media say is the first senior NATO official to visit Serbia and Montenegro, held talks today with the president of Serbia and Montenegro, Svetozar Marovic. Robertson is also to meet Foreign Minister Goran Svilanovic, Defence Minister Boris Tadic, and Serbian Vice-Premier Nebojsa Covic. After the meeting with Marovic, Robertson told reporters that he was bringing a message of peace and welcome from NATO to the new, non-nationalist Serbia and Montenegro. Robertson, who visited Belgrade as part of a tour of the region before he leaves his post at the end of this year, will visit Bosnia- Herzegovina on Thursday. (hina) rml
