"I'm certain that the new government that will be formed in Croatia
after the election will be obliged to advance relations with
Serbia-Montenegro, just as Serbia's new government, to be elected
in the December 28 election, will be," Svilanovic told the Beta
agency, adding that both Zagreb and Belgrade would get "governments
which, regardless of their political colours, will be able to
communicate and solve issues still open in bilateral relations".
Svilanovic said he expected the visa regime with Croatia would not
change after New Year's.
