ZAGREB, Nov 14 (Hina) - The Zagreb publishing house "Dom i svijet" has released the book "Croatian Spring - the Party's Judgement", a report on the situation in the Communist Union of Croatia (SKH) in relation to the appearance of
nationalism among communist ranks.

report on the situation in the Communist Union of Croatia (SKH) in
relation to the appearance of nationalism among communist ranks.

The report, which was adopted at the session of the SKH's Central
Committee on 8 May 1972, was an internal document of the party in the
1970s.
The editor-in-chief of the publishing house, Mirko Madjor, said
that the book was a description of the rigid approach of the
Communist Party leadership to topics which had burdened Croatian
society for hundreds of years, culminating in a general outbreak of
protest in the 1990s.
This is the first time the book is available to the public, the
publisher said.
