building permanent democratic and civil values."

Love and tolerance among people, respect for human rights and
building the rule of law are guidelines that should motivate voters
to build a civil society, the council said in a statement on
Wednesday following a meeting.
The council said that the agreement on common interests between the
Croatian government and the Serb Orthodox Church had brought "a new
quality" to their relations and committed both parties to its
implementation.
