This was stated by SNV president Milorad Pupovac at a news
conference in Zagreb on Monday.
Pupovac reiterated that the SNV would request the Constitutional
Court to investigate compliance with the Constitution of last
week's decision by the Croatian parliament under which national
minorities do not have double voting rights.
Condemning the parliament's position, Pupovac said it was a
political decision with no legal grounds.
