PRISTINA, Oct 8 (Hina) - The UN Civil Administrator in Kosovo, Harri Holkeri, has appointed members of Kosovo's delegation for negotiations with Belgrade, set for 14 October in Vienna.

negotiations with Belgrade, set for 14 October in Vienna. #L#
The delegation is to consist of Kosovo President Ibrahim Rugova,
the parliament's chairman, Nexhat Daci, Premier Bajram Rexhepi,
Health Minister Resmia Mumxhiu and the Serb co-ordinator for the
return of refugees, Milorad Todorovic, as well as another two
ministers who are members of the Democratic Party of Kosovo and the
Alliance for Kosovo's Future.
Holkeri was quoted on Wednesday by the local media as saying that
the Vienna talks would address concrete practical problems and no
political topic would be on their agenda.
"All of us would like to see successful dialogue so that we can
continue solving other issues of Kosovo," Holkeri said in his
public address ahead of the negotiations.
