"Everyone has skeletons in their closets," Tomcic said commenting
on yesterday's discussion in parliament and opposition parties'
attacks on the HSS in Zadar today at an assembly of HSS members from
the ninth and tenth constituencies, whereby the party launched its
campaign for parliamentary elections.
Croatia's policy cannot be based on lies, imputations and
forgeries, Tomcic said among other things. He added the HSS had done
the right thing and would run in the polls independently. The
party's role in forming the new government will be crucial, he
concluded.
