ZAGREB, Sept 20 (Hina) - Foreign Minister Tonino Picula will be part of a Croatian delegation headed by President Stjepan Mesic due to attend the 58th U.N. General Assembly session in New York on Sept. 21-26, the ministry said on
Saturday.

of a Croatian delegation headed by President Stjepan Mesic due to
attend the 58th U.N. General Assembly session in New York on Sept.

Picula will deliver a speech at a plenary session on HIV/AIDS, and
take part in the Euro-Asia Summit.
He will also host a regular meeting of Central European Initiative
countries, and meet with representatives of countries
participating in the South Eastern Europe Cooperation Process.
Picula will represent Croatia at a meeting U.S. Secretary of State
Colin Powell is due to hold with Central and Eastern Europe
countries supporting the fight against terrorism.
The foreign minister will also hold a series of bilateral talks.
