Milo Novakovic, at the Serbian border on Thursday.

Friday that Macedonian police arrested a Lt. Colonel of the Army of
Serbia and Montenegro and a vice chairman of the war invalids
association's steering committee, Milo Novakovic, at the Serbian
border on Thursday. #L#
Novakovic was one of the senior officials in the occupied part of
Croatia held by Serb rebels during the 1990's war.
According to media reports, Novakovic was arrested based on a
warrant issued by the Croatian Interpol.
On 28 February 1995 the county court in Croatia's Sibenik sentenced
Novakovic in absentia to 20 years in prison from war crimes against
civilians, the use of prohibited weapons and the destruction of
sacral and historical monuments.
