The two delegations discussed the role of supreme courts in
creating conditions for the application of equal standards in legal
practice and ensuring the equality of citizens before the law.
Also discussed were issues relating to the jurisdiction and
organisation of supreme courts, the conduct of investigations and
the role of judges and state attorneys in investigations, the
statement said.
