the defendant's health condition. #L#
Judge Richard May said the accused was not, for the time being, able
to attend the trial because of his delicate condition.
Earlier in the morning, the judge received a report from the
tribunal's detention unit that Milosevic was ill.
Doctors are expected to give a report on his condition later in the
day.
Since its commencement in February 2002, the trial of Milosevic,
accused of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity in
Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia and Kosovo, has been several times
interrupted because of his poor health.
