This was his response to a question by Jadranka Kosor of the
Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) who warned about the dire position
displaced persons were face with, some of whom have been sued for
200,000 kuna for occupying someone else's home or apartment.
Justice Minister Ingrid Anticevic Marinovic said that the
government had to examine each case individually so that it could
decide on reimbursements in line with clear cut criteria.
