There is a lot of evidence about Musliu's guilt, he is a major
criminal, Steiner said after meeting Covic, who also chairs
Belgrade's Co-ordination Committee for Kosovo.
Steiner voiced dissatisfaction with the talks because the two sides
failed to sign an agreement on the recognition of Kosovo
registration plates in Serbia's territory.
Covic said there would be no progress in relations with the U.N.
Mission in Kosovo until Musliu was handed over to the Serbian
authorities.
