Montenegro on Thursday ordered all members of the Armed Forces to
arrest, namely to do everything in their power so that persons
indicted by the U.N. war crimes tribunal at The Hague be arrested.

The ministry's order obliges all members of the Army of Serbia and
Montenegro to forward to military authorities all information
regarding those indicted by the Hague tribunal.
The order refers to the professional military officers --
professional soldiers and civilians working in the army and other
army officers.
