Church in Croatia discussed current issues at a session held in
Zagreb on Wednesday under the chairmanship of the Metropolitan of
Zagreb, Ljubljana and Italy, Jovan. #L#
The Council voiced hope that the Pope's upcoming visit to Croatia
would promote tolerance, multiethnicity and multiconfessionality
in the region.
The Council also discussed the reconstruction of religious
buildings and voiced dissatisfaction with the dynamics of
repossession of confiscated property.
