"The agreement among the five parties of the ruling coalition that
the election be held in mid autumn is very firm and everything else
will be considered a serious violation of the coalition agreement,"
Tomcic said at the ceremony marking International Labour Day in
Vinkovci.
Prime Minister Ivica Racan said two days ago that the parliamentary
election would most probably be held in November or early next year
and late last night, after a meeting of the coalition, the PM said
that the election date would most likely be defined at the next
meeting.
