condolences to the family of retired General Janko Bobetko, who

Expressing his condolences, Racan said that Bobetko would be
remembered as a man of a great political and military career, a
fighter against fascism, participant in the Croatian Spring
movement, general in the Croatian Army, Croatian Armed Forces
Chief-of-Staff and a parliamentary deputy.
Offering condolences to Bobetko's family, associates, the Defence
Ministry and all who loved the general, parliament president Zlatko
Tomcic said the political scene in Croatia had lost a person who had
left a mark in several chapters of the country's political life.
