Noting that six such councils have been set up so far, Ljajic said
that financing minority councils was very important, for which
donations were needed, since the state could not afford to cover all
the costs at present.
Massari said that national councils would become legitimate bodies
of national minorities in areas which were significant for
preserving national identity. He stressed the OSCE would help in
the organisation and work of national minorities.
