Albanian Premier Fatos Nano on Thursday sent a message to U.S.
President George W. Bush congratulating him on the American success
in Iraq and on toppling the Saddam regime in that country.
Slovenia's foreign ministry welcomed the fall of the regime in
Iraq, and the Anton Rop Cabinet decided to send 200 thousand euros
as relief aid to Iraq.
