Zagreb was the first to initiate a proposal for reconsidering the
planned visit as "we knew what was in the offing and we initiated
talks about possible postponement of that trip," Ivica Racan told
reporters in the government offices on Tuesday.
He said that the British Foreign Office and Zagreb decided together
to delay his trip to London.
Premier Racan was to fly to the British capital within his tour of
lobbying for Croatia's admission into the European Union.
