ZAGREB, March 26 (Hina) - The Independent Croatian Trade Unions' (NHS) consumer basket shows that the minimum living costs of a four-member family in March have increased by 0.49% compared to February.

(NHS) consumer basket shows that the minimum living costs of a four-
member family in March have increased by 0.49% compared to

The average consumer basket costs 7,175 kuna, which is 35 kuna more
than in February.
Food costs increased the most, by 0.85% on average, while hygiene
and housing costs increased by 0.5% and 0.49%. Other costs remained
the same as in February.
The consumer basket is still the most expensive in Bol on the island
of Brac, with minimum food, hygiene, clothing, housing,
transportation and entertainment costs totalling 7,675 kuna.
Bol is followed by Krk, Dubrovnik, Osijek, Split, Rijeka and the
capital Zagreb, which has the least expensive consumer basket,
totalling 6,747 kuna.
The average salary in December last year totalled 3,839 kuna, so the
salary-cost coverage was 53.61%, which is by 0.27% less than in
February.
