BELGRADE, March 18 (Hina) - The day after its constitution in the parliament of the recently set-up state union, the Council of Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro passed its first decisions, including a decision on conscripts doing
their military service on the territory of the country whose citizens they are, if they do not choose otherwise.

parliament of the recently set-up state union, the Council of
Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro passed its first decisions,
including a decision on conscripts doing their military service on
the territory of the country whose citizens they are, if they do not

The Council also initiated a procedure for setting up a commission
to establish the property of the state union, as well as elect the
union's representatives before international financial
institutions.
The Council will hold sessions on Thursdays in Belgrade or
Podgorica, the statement noted.
