and the auction can be set for May or June at the earliest, the Osijek municipal court's distress department head, Davor Vukusic, told Hina on Tuesday.
OSIJEK, March 11 (Hina) - Property litigation regarding the forced
sale and auction of Ljubljanska Bank's building in downtown Osijek
in order to indemnify three clients of that bank, will take some
four months and the auction can be set for May or June at the
earliest, the Osijek municipal court's distress department head,
Davor Vukusic, told Hina on Tuesday. #L#
A recent ruling of the Supreme Court makes it possible for the three
depositors to receive compensation for their lost deposits from the
funds ensured by the possible forced sale of the bank's real estate
in Croatia.
The Osijek municipal court made a decision on the distress selling a
week ago and the Ljubljanska Bank can lodge an appeal against it
with the Osijek County Court within eight days.
