To protect the bank's interest, Ozura said he intended to use all
means provided by the Croatian law on distress.
He added that a bilateral agreement on property rights relations
not relating to the Krsko nuclear power plant, nor Ljubljanska Bank
Zagreb, did not mention the possibility of confiscating the bank's
property in Croatia, but it did envisage that the two issues be
solved by a special agreement.
Ozura did not want to comment on the possibility of Slovenia making
the issue of confiscation of the bank's property a case for
international courts.
