The Slovene news agency STA reported that the foreign ministry
should now inform Croatia with a diplomatic note that all legal
conditions have been met for the agreement between two countries to
start being applied.
The agreement stipulates mutual clearance of debts accumulated by
last July 30. The new co-owners of the power plant, Croatian and
Slovene power supply companies HEP and Eles Gen, are now to
negotiate on the electricity which the Slovene side failed to
deliver to Croatia from July 30 until today, some Slovene sources
explained, STA reports.
