Haradin Bala, Isak Musliu and Agim Murtezi made their initial
appearance before the tribunal on February 20, when Murtezi pleaded
not guilty.
His attorney Stephane Bourgon then told the prosecution that
Murtezi was not the person the indictment referred to.
The prosecution interviewed Murtezi and carried out an
investigation in Kosovo, after which it requested that he be
immediately released and returned to Kosovo.
