The panel of judges conducting the trial, presided by judge Ika
Saric, adjourned the trial in line with an expert witness's
findings regarding the condition of the principal indictee,
Tihomir Oreskovic.
The witness confirmed the findings of a doctor at the Rijeka prison,
who stated that Oreskovic was unable to follow the proceedings as he
was recovering from an operation of sinuses that he had undergone in
Zagreb a week ago.
