As reported by Svilanovic's ministry, the message by European
officials notes that the model of regional co-operation is one of
the fundamental principles and test that countries in the region
need to pass.
During the talks between Busek and Svilanovic there was special
reference to the gradual transfer of functions from the Stability
Pact to countries in the region themselves and of their ability to
adapt to European integration processes, the ministry said in a
statement.
Busek arrived on Monday for a two-day visit to Serbia & Montenegro.
