SARAJEVO, Jan 21 (Hina) - Three US soldiers deployed within the international Stabilisation Force (SFOR) in Bosnia-Herzegovina will be sent back to their homeland where disciplinary measures are to be take against them because of an
incident they caused when firing at a civilian car, a spokesman for the SFOR said in Sarajevo on Tuesday.

The SFOR commander, William Ward, deeply regrets at this incident
and promises that a comprehensive and unbiased investigation will
be carried out so as to establish all the facts, spokesman Shown
Mell said.
On Sunday, the three US soldiers opened fire at a car near a
climbers' hut at Mount Bjelasnica near Sarajevo for still unknown
reasons.
