Kosor said she met many people in Lipik and Pakrac and added that a magnificent rally, which was attended by some 10,000 people, was held in Vukovar.
Kosor said that after the successful start she would continue her campaign with optimism. She said that the fact that there were work and results behind her was very important.
She said that as a deputy prime minister and the minister for the family, war veterans affairs and inter-generational solidarity she took part in the adoption og the law on Homeland War soldiers and members of their families. She added that over the past year, Croatia's unemployment dropped bellow 300,000.
She said that during her campaign she would continue to highlight that Druzba-Adria project was detrimental for Croatia.
Asked whether she expected a reaction from Prime Minister Ivo Sanader in connection with the Druzba-Adria project, Kosor said she did not expect opposite reactions from the PM.
After the news conference Kosor continued meeting people in Osijek, Valpovo and Belisce.
