National Security Council holds session

ZAGREB, Dec 14 (Hina) - Members of the Croatian National SecurityCouncil on Tuesday held a session behind closed doors at which theydiscussed the enforcement of the Security Services Act, internationalcooperation of secret services, and cooperation with the InternationalCriminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), read a pressrelease issued by the Office of the President of the Republic.
ZAGREB, Dec 14 (Hina) - Members of the Croatian National Security Council on Tuesday held a session behind closed doors at which they discussed the enforcement of the Security Services Act, international cooperation of secret services, and cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), read a press release issued by the Office of the President of the Republic.

The session held at Prekrizje Villa in Zagreb was convened by the Council's co-chairmen, President Stjepan Mesic and Prime Minister Ivo Sanader.

Present at the session were also Sabor Speaker Vladimir Seks, the ministers of foreign affairs, the interior, defence and justice, Miomir Zuzul, Marijan Mlinaric, Berislav Roncevic and Vesna Skare Ozbolt respectively, as well as the armed forces chief of staff, General Josip Lucic, Chief State Prosecutor Mladen Bajic, Assistant Justice Minister Jaksa Muljacic, who is in charge of cooperation with international criminal courts, members of the personnel of the Office of the National Security Council and high-ranking agents of security services, the press release read.
