The party, which is the first Croatian party to run at the elections in Montenegro's Kotor in 66 years, said the election results were good.
None of the parties or coalitions won enough seats at the local elections in Kotor to be able to form the government.
Croat Maja Catovic of the Democratic Party of Socialists and Branko Ivanovic of the Socialist People's Party will run for mayor in the second election round.
According to non-governmental organisations, a total of 62.3 percent of the voters cast their votes.
