Davinic said this on Tuesday in a written response to a question put in the Parliament of the Union of Serbia and Montenegro at the end of June.
The differences have arisen from Croatia's position that the border between the two countries should coincide with the cadastral border, which would result in creation of "pockets" in the territory of either country. On the other hand, Serbia and Montenegro believes that the line of demarcation should run along the median line of the Danube waterway, the minister explained.
Davinic said that the situation on the Croatian-Serbian border was stable and that the number of violations of the border regime was decreasing.
