Speaking at a press conference in the parliament, Pupovac's party colleague Ratko Gajica reported cases of persons falsely claiming to have letters of attorney authorising them to mediate in the sale of Serb property.
Gajica gave the names of two persons claiming to be real estate agents, and added that the actual owners did not receive any money for their property while APN employees were trying to assure their relatives that they were willing to sell their property.
The SDSS claims that the APN considers it more important to realise sales than to see that they are lawful, because it is making payments in cash rather than into the owners' accounts.
The news conference was also attended by the owners of two houses who accused the APN of fraud.
