A statement forwarded to Hina reads that the person, born in 1968 in Benkovac, Croatia, was arrested on a border crossing near Zvornik on the border between Bosnia and Serbia.

The arrested person was handed over to the Court of Bosnia-Herzegovina in line with a decision by a local judge.

The local media reported that the arrested person was Neven Pupovac, whom a court in Benkovac had sentenced to eight years in prison for abusing local civilians during the Serb occupation of that municipality.
