BELGRADE, Oct 18 (Hina) - Bosnian Serb wartime leader Radovan
Karadzic, who is wanted by the Hague war crimes tribunal on genocide charges,
has written a novel entitled "Miraculous Chronicle of the Night" which will
soon be published in Belgrade by the Igam publishing house, owned by Miroslav
Toholj, a writer and former Bosnian Serb information minister, the Belgrade
tabloid Kurir said on Monday."Many people will now ask me if I know where Radovan Karadzic is, but I
will have to disappoint them. I do not know where Radovan is, and the
manuscript reached me on a computer disc through other people. As far as I
know, the disc has travelled for a month through various channels," Toholj told
the newspaper.
He described the book as "the most serious book written by Karadzic so
far" and "an interesting combination of classical novel and autobiography", and
added that "every publisher in the world would like to have such an exclusive
book".
Igam has already published two books written by Karadzic.
