"It is to be expected that the pressure will increase with regard to the Gotovina case," Skare Ozbolt told Croatian Television on Monday evening.
"The Gotovina case is the only remaining outstanding issue between Croatia and the Hague tribunal. Through this report Carla del Ponte called on Croatia to make a maximum effort in order to bring the Gotovina case to an end," the justice minister said.
Speaking to reporters in Luxembourg on Monday after submitting her report to the EU Council, del Ponte said she was convinced that the Croatian authorities would locate the runaway general by the end of November, and expressed her disappointment that he had not been arrested before summer.
