GOVERNMENT'S REQUEST ON CUTTING REBATES REACHES INA BUT NOT FORMALLY

ZAGREB, Sept 30 (Hina) - Information that the government has requestedINA's management to reduce rebates in reaction to the increase in oilproducts' prices has reached the oil company's management but INA hasstill not received the formal request, management board member ZorkoBadnjak said on Thursday.
ZAGREB, Sept 30 (Hina) - Information that the government has requested INA's management to reduce rebates in reaction to the increase in oil products' prices has reached the oil company's management but INA has still not received the formal request, management board member Zorko Badnjak said on Thursday.

Badnjak, who is also the executive in charge of procurement and refining of oil and wholesale of oil products, said INA would act on the formal request after receiving it.

Sources at INA also said the management would consider the latest developments and acknowledge the government's request.
