ZAGREB, Sept 24 (Hina) - Representatives of the Libra party in theCroatian parliament have accused the government and ParliamentPresident Vladimir Seks of avoiding a parliamentary debate on numerousproposals to change the recently
adopted Law on Road Safety, so theycould use the potential reintroduction of 0.5 per mille of alcohol asthe maximum allowed amount in a driver's blood to score points aheadof local or presidential elections.
