The talks will focus on bilateral issues, Slovakia's prospects and development following admission to the EU on May 1, as well as participation in international organisations and institutions.
Dzurinda will also hold talks with Parliament President Vladimir Seks.
Slovakia, which also joined NATO in May, has been regularly supporting Croatia's efforts to join Euro-Atlantic associations.
During a private visit to Croatia and talks with Croatian President Stjepan Mesic, Slovak President Ivan Gasparovic, who is of Croatian descent, stressed his country's readiness to help Croatia on its path.
Over the last five months other Slovak government bodies also expressed support to Croatia. In his introductory speech at the international conference on EU enlargement in Bratislava in March, PM Dzurinda spoke about the situation in the region and stressed that Croatia's progress represented a turning point.
Slovakia's experience in adjusting national legislation to EU and NATO standards will be helpful to Croatia, Croatian Parliament President Seks and his Slovak counterpart Pavol Hrushovski said at a meeting in Zagreb in June.
