Speaking of priorities in judicial reform, Skare Ozbolt cited putting
the land books in order, reducing the backlog of outstanding cases and
establishing a Judicial Academy.
Seth offered a wide range of services to support the ambitious
projects of the Justice Ministry, according to the statement.
The World Bank has approved a US5 million loan to Croatia to sort out
its land books and develop a computer-assisted court file management
system.
