Milinovic said he believed that cooperation between Croatia and the
Croatian minorities in Montenegro and Macedonia would be better than
it had been. He expressed hope that the position of Croats in the
neighbouring countries would soon be the same as that of national
minorities in Croatia.
The guests drew attention to the difficult position of Croats in their
countries, stressing the inefficiency of the Croatian foreign policy
in dealing with their problems.
