The forum was organised by the World Health Organisation's Office for Europe, the Council of Europe, the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB), the Stability Pact and the Macedonian Government.
The event is attended by health ministers from Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia and Montenegro and Macedonia.
The participants are expected to sign a charter on cooperation in health sector on Saturday.
