Representatives of the chambers of the economy and business people from the country's two entities met in Mostar today to discuss the need to increase exports.
The head of the state chamber of foreign trade, Milan Lovric, said that such an unfavourable foreign trade balance was due to the non-functioning of state institutions.
"Bosnia-Herzegovina is politically and structurally an unsuitable state, it needs a single economic area," Lovric added.
Bosnian Foreign Trade Minister Dragan Doko called on business people from both entities to join in shaping the country's negotiating policy for admission to European Union institutions.
