SARAJEVO, Oct 4 (Hina) - The Bosnian Serb government has finally started meeting its obligations and submitted all available documents on the events which occurred in the area of the eastern Bosnian town of Srebrenica in the summer of 1995, when Serb forces killed more than 8,000 Muslims, the Office of the High Representative (OHR) in Sarajevo said in a statement on Tuesday.

The special commission which the Bosnian Serb government set up due to the pressure of the international community has submitted a full report on the events which happened in Srebrenica on 11-19 July 1995.

The report contains a list with the names of all people involved in the crimes, the OHR said.

The establishment of the commission was ordered by High Representative Paddy Ashdown on the basis of a ruling passed by Bosnia-Herzegovina's Human Rights Court in the case of a lawsuit filed by the families of missing Srebrenica residents.

The OHR said that none of the names of the perpetrators of crimes in Srebrenica would be made public in the interest of future investigations.

The report and the documents are now being forwarded to the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and Bosnia-Herzegovina's Prosecutor's Office, which will need to process this information and decide how to proceed with any investigations, OHR spokesman Oleg Milisic said.

The OHR believes that there is yet uncovered evidence of crimes and information on their perpetrators and therefore does not rule out the possibility of more names being added to the list of perpetrators.

The OHR believes that the report finally breaches the wall of silence that has surrounded these events for almost a decade and that those who lost their loved ones will have an opportunity to get the answers they have sought since July 1995.
